Is delivery always tracked?

Yes! We use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD for all orders. Both of these services are fully-tracked services with Email/SMS notifications. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped for you to check the progress of your order. 

I would like an update on my order

If you have created an account with us then you will be able to see the status of your order in the ‘Orders’ section of your account. Please check your inbox as email updates are sent as the status of your order changes. Alternatively, you can drop us an email to [email protected] with your order number and we can provide you with an update!

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes! All orders can are sent via tracked delivery services and updates are available along every step of the way. An ‘order shipped’ email notification will have been sent with your tracking number attached for you to track your order. Alternatively, drop us an email to [email protected] with your order number and we can give you an update!

My order is wrong! What do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear this! We’re processing hundreds of orders everyday with thousands of items being picked so sometimes mistakes can happen! Drop us an email with your order number to [email protected]

My order is late! What do I do?

Don’t worry, all orders are sent via full-tracked delivery methods so we can locate your order at any time! If your delivery is late, this may be down to an unforeseen issue with the courier. You can find out more by using your tracking number that has been emailed to you. If you need any further assistance, just drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to help!
