I would like an update on my order

If you have created an account with us then you will be able to see the status of your order in the ‘Orders’ section of your account. Please check your inbox as email updates are sent as the status of your order changes. Alternatively, you can drop us an email to hello@buypickandmixsweets.co.uk with your order number and we can provide you with an update!

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes! All orders can are sent via tracked delivery services and updates are available along every step of the way. An ‘order shipped’ email notification will have been sent with your tracking number attached for you to track your order. Alternatively, drop us an email to hello@buypickandmixsweets.co.uk with your order number and we can give you an update!

My order is wrong!
