How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order from the ‘Track My Order’ section in your account. All orders are sent via Tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been processed by our warehouse team and shipped!

My order is wrong! What do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear this! We’re processing hundreds of orders everyday with thousands of items being picked so sometimes mistakes can happen! Drop us an email with your order number to [email protected] and our Customer Services Team will resolve your issue for you.

My order hasn't turned up yet!

Don’t panic, all orders are sent via fully-tracked shipping services so we will can find out exactly where your order is for you! Please note that both Royal Mail and DPD are currently operating deliveries between the hours of 9am-9pm!

Can I send my order as a gift to a friend?

Yes of course, who doesn’t love receiving a surprise delivery of sweets?! Simply check the ‘This order is a gift’ box at the checkout and make sure you enter your friends address in the ‘Shipping Address’ field! Don’t forget to add a gift message!
